Wiltshire - A venue in the wilderness

Ever heard of the invention of the 'TOMTOM'??? Well, wow, I would have never got there if it wasn't for my electronic friend so good they named him twice - he did have a womans voice though!! Hmm...
After hours of traffic, we made it...finally....went straight to the venue to check it out. Bless the people there, they fed us, which was great, was starving! And after that the mamouth task of setting up once again. I think I have taken on the dictator role when setting up as I found myself barking orders, never nice! But, saying that after not much time at all, we had a stonking set up...even if the people in the marquee couldn't see our heads! haha.
Back to the hotel to get ready....but like lightening, all sorted, suited and booted!! Back to the venue and ready to 'rock out'
Crowd responce was real good and lots of jive dancing which made things more amusing to watch. I liked playing in a suit, felt like we had a purpose, was cool!!
Everyone looked happy and pleased with themselves at the end of the gig, worth the journey for sure!
Thanks for reading
