Thurs 15th - The Anchor Hotel, Burnham-on-Crouch
Thanks to everyone for coming to this gig, had a great turn out, was good to see all those friendly faces!!
The Anchor is a friendly little pub, but by the word little, there's not a great deal of room for band equipment! However, I think we managed to set everything up quite well and it was sounding good and very loud!
There had been a football match that day, an England game if I remember rightly, and all the pubs were buzzing - quite an atmosphere. They swamped the pub when we were playing and was a fantastic turn out - very enjoyable.
Very good feedback from everyone, even someone saying we were the best band to ever play there (and we didn't pay them to say that!) Looking forward to playing here again.....
