Thurs, 17th - The Anchor Hotel, Burnham-on-Crouch
Now, seems as tradition would start to evolve, there are yet again no photo's of us at this particular gig....maybe the dress code of our birthday suits was not really appreciated or photogenic for that matter - never mind!
Thank you to all those faces I hadn't seen in ages, blasts from the past are much welcome! As BT says, it's good to talk (or ramble!)
The gig went well by all accounts. After the band going on holiday I think they had some memory blanks to a couple of songs and we managed to start one song in the complete wrong key - hehe, hey ho, we got there in the end!
So, thanks to all that came to the gig....and for everyone else, SHAME ON YOU! AND, SHAME ON YOU to the crowd in the pub who stood like lemons not wanting to clap, I guess everyone gets crowds like this, but it demoralizes the band and dwindles our enthusiasm!
